Are you saying that anyone who experiences Christ can be led by the holy spirit (labeling themselves as a Christian isn't necessary in that case, I assume)? If so, then I'd have to ask what you mean by "experiencing Christ"?

Initial repentance and rebirth aside , as a believer desperately seeks God's approval in their life, Opportunities of intervention begin to occur as well as healing and desperate circumstances .
As any wealth man will tell you "timing is every thing", and so it is with God and His intervention in our lives.
God knows that I seek and will obey, and gives me things I need and direction through out my day every day. (almost)
Those that do not know this kind of relationship, have not yet become desperate in the relationship.
Jesus said, "blessed are they that do hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled".
This is not a one shot event, it's a lifestyle.
As an example God provided me tax money from directions I had no knowledge .right on time . (Remember timing is every thing)
i don't manipulate God's hand, I cooperate with His instruction.
Though I know the power of Jesus name to heal, alter weather, and cast out demons , and many other things, and I know that I need His instruction in every event . There in is Jesus Lordship realized.

So every deed an atheist does is evil?

Does one have to be "saved" to do good?

As Abraham was being obedient unto the point of murder??

The Lord is the God of the living not of the dead. Atheist are dead because they reject God and fail to serve the God of Israel and His servants the prophets.

"Only god is good." Notice the little g in god. The son of God is god and servant of the Father. He does the will of God and keeps His word by walking in the light and keeping His ways.

It is written in the prophets that the gods judge the earth, that the servant of God judges the earth.

"I said you are gods, all of you sons of the Most High."

"Rise up O god and judge the earth."
