Ok for arguments sake let us say you are right.... You seriously believe God inspired men who sought to destroy life.
Jesus' words from Father God >>>>> I came to save not to destroy
The psalmist who God told him to write down what he dictates to him >>>> Happy is the one who seizes your infants and dashes them against the rocks
Did God repent or something ?.
You and Finn refuse to acknowledge that Jesus Christ being the exact representation of all that God is, is how we determine what is of God and what isn't .
Again, this is God's people urging Him to exact revenge on the enemies of His people, something Jesus said would eventually happen. Matt. 24, Psalm 119, Heb.10.

No, the guy who wrote the inspired psalm said it, and according to you everything written by those inspired is God breathed.

Sorry, but the context of those verses are about national judgement for the house of Judah and the house of Israel and is about keeping Gods law.
God did not start a separate religion of Christianity where salvation is about allowing Christians to go to heaven. Christians have done this by separating themselves from the OT.
The Physical nation of Israel did a very bad job at following a Gods commandments so God punished them, Christianity as a nation is also doing a very bad job at it, so I'm pretty sure there is judgement coming to it (a remnant will be saved who keep Gods commandments) Gods kingdom is all about ruling the earth, not about going to heaven when you die.
Verses are ripped out of context to support every doctrine, so everyone is arguing about all the doctrines and ignoring the judgement that WILL COME TO GODS PEOPLE
Revelation is addressed to the churches and is warning his people what was going to happen to them, which has been happening to them for the last 2000 years
The OT testifies to where Gods people go, which is Babylon..... and he wants his people to come out of Babylon

Perfectly understand the context and what'smore that you believe everything within the bible is inspired of God, God breathed, ineerant and infallible, so instead of your repetive boring digs to avoid answering questions. Explain your position. But of cause you won't. It's black n white with you fundamentalists and you know it, with you it's either ALL God breathed other wise it cannot be trusted.
The Bible reads "love your neighbor". I suppose pcamps has something else written in his heart since he says it does not match the Bible

Why do you think you can't love yourself if you admit being a sinner like everyone else?
How does condemning yourself or others - create an environment of love?
Noteworthy
If you do not love yourself, how will you love others. You cannot give away something, you do not have.
