Religion has damaged millions of minds - many of whom display the damage here daily - and slaughtered millions of people.

Marijuana is enjoyed by tens of millions around the world, without harm.

As a bonus, this really pisses off fundies.

Figure that one out?

Do you turn a blind eye to the damage many prescribed drugs do, which I'm sure millions of fundamentalist Christians reach for on a daily basis ?.

It shows what kind of people flock to Colorado due to the legalization. Same thing happened in Holland when they decriminalized cannabis. It attracted troubled people from all over Europe who brought call kinds of crime with them.

In other words, they had additional "baggage?"

I doubt the veracity of that "study", but isn't it more likely that the teens were self-medicating because of the early symptoms of their illness? "By their 20's" is dishonest, as that is the age when schizophrenia manifests itself, whether the victims smoked pot or not. It's not a cause of schizophrenia.

It seems that some people will always jump to conclusions to support their negative views.

Tsk, tsk. You rascally Episcopalians.

Allatime injecting reason, empathy and knowledge where superstition and barbaric ritual abounds.

It's a hobby. At least they're not saying that schizophrenia is demon possession. There is progress.
