So, what you really mean is, quit the love stuff, the truth trumps it ?.

Jesus said things in a way only those who abide in His word can know. He stressed the importance of remaining in His word and that it is the word that sets His followers free. "The truth will set you free."
He did not say that love would set you free.
To understand that the love that the Father loved the Son with has something to do with God's name is difficult and rather remarkable.
To understand that the Son is in the follower is to understand that the truth is in the believer.
"If they have kept my words they will keep yours." ( Jesus)
Remember that one must keep His word to know God's name. If you do not do so you don't even know the meaning of the verse you quoted.

What on God's earth do you think we mere humans can DO to add to the infinite Glory of God???? That sounds so atrociously arrogant. I can think of NOTHING that we mere humans could EVER do that would add the tiniest mote to God's infinite Glory.

either spirit of this world or His spirit, but there is no other anything but these two .
those in agreement are proved out right here right now in your and our words ..
Rbb1 and I am Jimmie and a few more know the same God. and have the same root though we have never met .. but have shared experiences directed by the same spirit of Life . these same lessons and experiences rooted in the same Holy Spirit bring each of us to similar conclusion and similar understandings.. never from the same exact point of veiw because God likes us to be expressions and different parts and colors and flavors of his truths , like a diamond has facets which reflect different things but it is of one gem. his truth a root that is the same and we know each other by the same root and the experiences that bring us to a place of agreement .. but it can express it self very differently. so yes it is that kind of peace..a peace beyond understanding, we know it when we see it , it is his real love for our God and men worked into a persons life through his spirit.

AMEN. HIS peace is when the flesh is no longer warring against the Spirit. The ONLY way that happens is when you're DEAD. Whether is this life, or the next, the warring will stop, and to the degree that it has, you find agreement, because water always seeks it's own level. PEACE

Laugh my English arse off. You think bible fundamentalists are the only group in the world from different backgrounds that are in agreement in belief. Which by the way is a load of crock, how many different denominations are there, if God lifted the lid off just 1 fundamentalist church to show the division and back biting that goes on, there wouldnt be enough fig leafs in the world to hide its nakedness.
The peace of God has got absolutely nothing to do with being of one belief, it comes from knowing there is no division between self and God.
