I think you can imagine or picture something in that symbolic lake of fire.
That is because the definition of the 'lake of fire' is given at Rev. 20:13-14 and defined as ' second death '.
So, Nothing is baking or roasting in ' second death '.
Jesus will destroy (Not bake or roast) Satan according to Hebrews 2:14 B.
Sinner Satan ends up in ' second death ' as per Rev. 21:8.
Thus, ' second death ' is a fitting term for destruction, and as in Psalm 92:7 says the wicked are: destroyed forever.
I suppose on could say that God is a ' consuming fire ' (fire destroys) because God will destroy the wicked - Rev, 11:18 B.
Then, the 'Great Gardener' through Christ will see that Earth will become a beautiful paradisical garden as Eden was.
This is why we are all invited to pray the invitation of Rev. 22:20 for Jesus to come !
Come and bring the blessing benefits of Rev. 22:2 to Earth when there will be ' healing ' for earth's nations.
Mankind will once again see the return of the ' edenic garden's ' " Tree of Life " for the healing of earth's nations.
As Isaiah 33:24 says that No one will say, " I am sick..."
Even 'enemy death' will be No more on Earth as per 1st Cor. 15:24-26; Isaiah 25:8
