Does anyone know that we were born in the Kingdom of God in heaven some billions of years ago, sometime before the foundation of the universe?
We were all sons and daughters of God, the same Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We do not recall it since we got born on earth.
That is what I have learned in the Mormon or Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.
It is called the pre-mortal life.
If we want to stick to the Bible, pre-mortal life is also described in the Book of Genesis particularly in the story of Adam in Gen. 2 and 3.
Lucifer, later known the Satan was also in the Garden of Eden as the serpent who deceived Adam to sin whose transgression has led Man to be separated from God.
Because of his sin, man was expelled from Eden the Garden of God and together with the Serpent which is Satan were cast to the ground, the earth.
By the way, Adam when he was in Garden of God in heaven was not like us today but was in the form of Soul or Spirit meaning no skin, no flesh and bone.
His sin is unforgivable, a sin done by a spirit (Adam) against his Creator, a Spirit in unforgivable and requires a redeemer to shed his blood to take away this particular sin and if not remove will lead man to eternal destruction the very reason that the Lord God our Father sent to earth His Son Christ to take away the “sin of the world”.
That is the reason we celebrate Christmas, the coming of our Lord who saved mankind from eternal punishment in hell.

From your words, I can see that you have no regards to Christ, the Son of God.
Just like a sect called INC, they say that God has no son whatever because God has no uterus or womb. Did they not know that God is a Spirit. A Spirit gives birth to a Spirit and flesh gives birth to flesh.
They are not serving God but serving Satan. They are Anti-Christ destined to eternal punishment.
They don't believe in the Son of God who through Him God the Father gave us back the "eternal life".
This is what some people misunderstood, the "eternal life". It does not pertain to flesh but to our soul. That is if a person believed that he has a soul. Even animals have soul. In Job 12:10 "in whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind?

Adam was not just soul and spirit... as Eve was taken from Adam's rib. That's a bone. When they sinned, they tried to cover up their flesh. If they were only souls and spirits, there would be nothing to cover up.

Actually Jesus is my king. Show us in the bible where Jesus asked for his birth to be celebrated. Otherwise its a tradition of men. And Gods word says--By the traditions of men you make the word of God invalid.

Don't be ignorant sir. You did not understand the Book of Genesis particularly Gen 2 and 3 which is the foundation to understand the Old and the New Testament. Read it a thousand times until you understand the message. A clue is, the end is declared in the beginning. The end if Jesus Christ and the beginning is the sin of Adam.
It is true they cover up their flesh but that was after they sinned. After they sinned their eternal is lost and that was the death that God is referring to because God took back from them their eternal life (for the soul) as a result they lost their residency in heaven and they are bound to earth's life. They begin to acquire material appearance from being a spirit to something like us. So both man and his wife began to develop malice, be ashamed to each other and to God also. God gave then skins meaning they began to acquire physical appearance in order to prepare then for earth's life.
Before they sinned it is written, the man and his wife were naked bu were not ashamed to each other. It is so because spirits do not need clothing to cover their body, because they do not have sex organs, which they do not need.
Our pre-mortal life is not specifically taught in the Bible, but there are hints within its pages that we existed prior to our birth here on earth. There are also indications in early Christian literature outside of the Bible that the ancient Christians believed this to be the case.
People would say ``When the messiah comes that will be the day the cows come home``, so when the messiah did come on Christmas day the cows were still in the field as Jesus was in their manger
