The verse that you have quoted in bold above is spoken by a believer and also only applies to believers.
Oh please, the scriptures are not exclusively the believers.
For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?
But so that you JBF may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins...” Then He said to the paralytic, “Get up, pick up your mat, and go home.
You like the establishment of Jesus' day are hung up on sin, especially the sins of others needed to be punished, because of this, Jesus abounded the forgiven of God, right in the faces of the establishment to reveal what was really in their hearts (vessels dried up of forgiveness).
You do know that Esau freely forgave his brother Jacob? If Esau being evil(that's what the scripture says) then how much more your Heavenly Father?
That was BEFORE God joined Humanity as Jesus and became one of us with God's Holy Spirit. When He died as a human and was "born again" as Spirit He Joined God as the Comforter (HolySpirit/paraclete) at God's right hand and at the head of all "born again" human spirits. He also abides with us within our consciousness to guide us to the Truth God has "written in our hearts" with His agape love.

You keep spouting this primitive nonsense as if it is somehow true because you say so. Everything in the Bible does not apply today and you know it and accept it, except when you don't want to. It is irrelevant anyway because there are NO UNREDEEMED since Jesus redeemed us.
Your silly and childish nonsense that we have to accept His redemption or it didn't happen is just preposterous. Either Jesus redeemed us or He didn't. You people with your special pleading, exclusions, and exceptions are a hoot!
Those who do not place their faith in Jesus and what He did for them are not redeemed.
That is absurd. Jesus did not save us one at a time. He saved all of Humanity from separation from God by becoming HUMAN and there is nothing we need to do to be part of it. He couldn't selectively save us by His single act of becoming one of us. You will be so sorry you believed our ignorant primitive ancestors' beliefs about their wrathful and vengeful War God instead of Jesus's God of agape love and forgiveness.

You believe every time someone believes Jesus Christ is crucified all over again and that is due to you not believing the finished work of the cross where Christ DID ALL the redeeming. In other words no one is redeemed until they have done their part, according to YOU.

Absurd, foolishness, nonsense; it all amounts to the same thing: that because you say this about the sound doctrines of the word, you are perishing (1 Corinthians 1:18,21).

God is the One who instills faith in the believer according to Romans 10:17.
I would say that we do not have access into this grace wherein we stand apart from faith (Romans 5:1-2, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:16).

Wrong, that is just a belief you hold without a scriptural support, every man has got a measure of faith, it is a God given faculty that through exercise of it grows in strength. If you read the Romans 10 scripture you are quoting, it actually tells us that the word of faith IS IN US. Teacher

Every man has a measure of faith; not everyone's faith is placed in the right object in order to obtain salvation.

We HAVE BEEN redeemed. The work is finished, there is no arguing this are you really that blind that you cannot understand this? until you can accept this, I might. as well be talking to the wall. If you believe he is only a savior when we believe and you do believe this, then Christ is crucified all over again every time someone believes.
We do not have access into this grace wherein we stand except through faith (Romans 5:1-2, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:16).
