It's so funny to me how some people think they can figure when the rapture will happen and when Jesus will return, the Bible clearly says no one knows.
Right, BUT...why is this so important? Because the more we talk about it and put the info out in cyberspace, the better the chances that the ones left behind can find that info and know EXACTLY when the 2nd coming will be.
Some doubters will become believers, and those believers will be searching for the real Truth of those who warned them before they disappeared.
After the rapture, all they have to do is mark their calendars and they can know EXACTLY when the 2nd coming will be....2,520 days later.
No one knows when the rapture will be, but that shouldn't have any bearing on the fact that we are told to warn of the coming events. This is not date setting. It's putting two and two together, to come up with a very plausible theory of the end of times and heavenly signs that no one is paying attention to.
No.. if you are implying that world events will let us pinpoint a time when Jesus will come, and especially if you are implying that there will be a "secret whisking away of all saints".
Jesus could come any time, at the end of the world.. and certainly He could come in Fall 2008. But world events have very little if nothing to do with end-time prophecy. I can't go to your links, but if they have anything to do with literal Israel, or physical world battles, or a person as the Anti-christ, I'm sure I would disagree with them.

PLEASE PEOPLE, view the videos before you make snide remarks!

Jesus doesn't even know.
Mat 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Mat 24:50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for [him], and in an hour that he is not aware of,
Mar 13:32 But of that day and [that] hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
This is not just the end of the world, it is when one is prepared to receive the second comforter, which some have received.
I have heard about the upcoming eclipses before, but these videos added more to it. I believe something will happen, as did on previous cycles, but not the "rapture" as I believe that already happend.
Funny how this guys says "context context" but takes it out of context. Jesus was talking to the disciples about His soon coming, not to a future church.
The final judgment and end of the world I do believe is coming though.

Yes.. and especially when we're looking for things to happen that will not!
Luke 17:20 ¶ And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

The "kingdom of God" is not the same thing as the "second comming of Christ".
The "kingdom of God" is not the same thing as the "second comming of Christ".
True.. but what some are looking for is the ushering in of a literal kingdom of Christ, and point to political or scientific events as signs that this is imminent. Prophecying the timing of a coming "secret rapture" goes right along with this, for isn't it after this that the supposed literal kingdom will come?
In other words, all those interpretations are built upon the fallacy of a literal kingdom coming. It's all tied together.

There's no fallacy in the inerrant Word of God. There WILL BE a literal Kingdom, and here are the scriptures to prove it.
The following proves BEYOND any shadow of a doubt that God's Kingdom IS NOT OF THIS WORLD, spoken by JESUS HIMSELF:
John 18:36 "Jesus answered, "My Kingdom IS NOT of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jews. But now MY KINGDOM IS FROM ANOTHER PLACE."
Jesus cannot lie, and so we know that the above is the TRUTH that the Kingdom of God IS NOT of this world, so your premise that the Kingdom is here now is not true. Unless you are calling Jesus a liar.
Revelation 3:12 (excerpt) Jesus speaking again... "....I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, WHICH IS COMING DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN FROM MY GOD.."
Revelation 21:2-3
"I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God."
Just in these 2 scriptures alone, it says that the Holy City will be coming down from heaven. There is scripture after scripture describing how the Kingdom of God is yet to come. Yes, God is living among all of us because he dwells within some of us, but this is the spiritual kingdom, not the literal kingdom.
Only a person who does not believe in the Bible as the inerrant, infallible Word of God can claim that God's Kingdom is here on earth right now. The only way to explain this belief, since it is totally unbiblical, is to say that it is completely man made and untrue.
The 2nd coming has NOT happened and whether the rapture happens before, during or is all part of the one 2nd coming has no bearing on the fact that we are living in the end of days and that the signs are here and prophecies are being fulfilled.
The original links were provided to make people think, question and pay more attention to Biblical end-time prophecy. As I stated in the OP, it's fascinating and you don't have to believe in the rapture. It's food for thought.

I agree that God's Kingdom is not, and will never be, a literal kingdom of this world. It is within us, as I quoted. We are part of the spiritual kingdom of God.

Is not God dwelling with us, and us with Him? This beautiful kingdom where we can reign over sin is something everyone can enter by being born again.

Your not addressing the hard hitting points that I made, they were conveniently left out. You quoted the things that visibly you could put your spin on to twist what I said.
If you want to call Jesus a liar in a roundabout way and the Bible untruthful, far be it from me to stop you....you've been warned and that's all the Bible says that I need to do or CAN do. But don't say you were never warned.
Beautiful Kingdom? What planet are you living on? Satan is the prince of this rotten air we're breathing....God being within us is what makes it tolerable, not beautiful. It's very ugly, in fact. That's why IT IS NOT THE KINGDOM OF GOD!!!!
