The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming-- not the realities themselves. For this reason it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship. (Hebrews 10:1) Jesus didn't come to abolish the law but to make it better. The 10 Commandments were a set of rules. It's like God said, "Here's 10 rules if you don't break 1 then you are just as I am." It's a standard no one can live up to...until Christ. Jesus IS that living standard. It's all about restoration, it's God's divine plan all they way.
Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the law until everything is accomplished. (Matthew 5:17-18) "It is finished", sounds like a done deal to me.
I do production work and am posting this video, I'm sure I'll get trash talked about it but whatever, it's fine with me.

My question to you is, should children who were born out of weddlock, or even their children's children, be allowed in Church? Is this still God's law?

If not, why not?

Christ excepts anyone who is willing to believe in him. No one enters the Kingdom of God except through Jesus Christ. So even though born out of wedlock, Jesus would never turn away a child, He would extend His glorious hand out, baptize the child with the Spirit, so that the sins of the pass may be forgiven. Christ would never deny an innocent child the right to gain access to Him, so long as that child is sincere in believing God's Son, Jesus Christ is the Redeemer of All.

Do do you believe ALL of the OT is no longer valid law, or do you pick an choose which OT laws are still in effect?

If you pick and choose, what method do you use to determine which laws are still in effect, and protect against indiviual prejuidice from causing one to just pick the laws that favor them?

Are any of the Old t laws still able to bind the Christian?

The commandment “You shall not commit murder” is changed to not even have hate in your heart
Cant even call them a name or we are guilty in God’s eyes of murder.

In this way the Old T Commandment is completed with the New Light.
We are not held under the rule of the Old T at all, But we are under the more complete and full understanding found in the New.

The fact is, the New T light allows for less wiggle room...

Good morning Boxcar. If you have read my writings on this forum "to call Jesus the only begotten Son" you would know of my experiences. During the past two years, I have been taught by My Father the things that He has wanted me to know. What I mean is; during this time I prayed and asked specific questions of the bible, specifically the NT as it deals with the teachings of Christ. And each time I asked these questions my eyes were closed prayers at hand and I opened the Good Book. I got specific answers to those questions. My priest and the Bishop know of me, not to mention friends and family, for it was I that warned of so many things that were to happen in these past 8 years.
You must read those writings in order to understand why it is that I say these things.
I know how hard it is for people to grasp that which was said to me, but they are true. So I neither choose or pick what I want, but only say that which is in my heart.
Tomorrow I will go to church and pray to My Father that all I have said on this forum in the past week will come true. That's how it has been working for me. But, I am, still learning from my experiences.
May God open the eyes of thy people to see the truth. Take care. I will come in and out of this forum today and God bless.

So your saying you don't take the entire bible literally?
You treat it more like an all you can eat buffet, you take what you like and ignore what you don't like.

NOt all christians are like that.

Indeed. The New Covenant kicks the natural law of the OT into a spiritual light. There are no outwardly capital punishments, seemingly no "eye for an eye" attitude; but...

...those that are called to be His people have their own yoke - His - and it's closer than Mt. Sinai ever could be. The Cross is a death to the "carnal" man and his nature, and we are called to bare our cross just as He did His. All the deeds of the flesh are to be put to death (just as in the OT), but where the commandments of the OT were in the physical realm to effect the heart of man, the walk of the "new Israelite" is one of actually finding our life in Him and abiding there.

Much more intimate.

That is not true. Was not Jesus Christ, God? So how can God, be less superior to Moses,(St. Paul's letter to the Hebrews, explains this) Daniel, Paul, and all the other prophets and saints? Jesus Christ word is greater then all others in the bible. His word is final.

And don't forget. The bible is a test for mankind. Just as Jesus said, the two greatest commandments are to Love My Father with all thy heart and soul and the second is to love your neighbor with all thy heart and soul, just as you would the Father.

Paul describes men with men as an abomination, but since Jesus was God in the flesh His commandments lay to rest that which Paul said. If one can not love a neighbor who maybe gay, black, green purple or anything, just as He would love God, then you sin against Jesus. I change nothing of the bible, because it is a test, to see if man really was listening to what Jesus said.
