Then "lost" denotes the same.

BTW lk 19 10 is referring to the elect, not the devil and his children..
If so then the elect would be "lost once and for all, with abiding effects for all time, that is forever."

Two different sets of people..lk 19 10 is talking about the sheep, matt 25 41 is talking about the goats..

Also, those in lk 19 10 are never said to be cursed..the sheep being lost and the goats being cursed are not the same..

Then it has nothing to do with the perfect tense of the verb, otherwise the sheep would be forever lost.

Deuteronomy 30 has God's people repenting from within the curse of the law. That is what the prodigal son did. He rebelled and the curse of the law was upon him until he turned back to the Father.

Yes it does..the elect who fell in adam are consequently in the future born experientially in sin as a result of that fall in the past in adam..So Jesus was saying that there were presently, as a result of the past fall, elect sinners He would convert, those that belonged to His body, His family, His brethern..that family of God, thats why its a that which was lost because He has the one whole family of God in mind in all suceeding generations, even them who have not yet been born experientially sinful as of yet..Their lostness is not being cursed, but just being out of fellowship with God, for they were still under His protective providence, much like the prodigal son, for the prodigal son never was in danger of being cursed, for he was always an heir..same for lost sheep, the lost sheep was never in danger of being cursed into hell fire, nor the lost coin, it never was in danger of being cursed into hell fire..the sinful elect were created to experience mercy, so it was needful for them to be sinful..

But the non elect, the seed of the devil, have always been cursed, God created them to be vessels not of mercy, but of wrath, and to be fitted for destruction..

So the elect were created in the past with results into the present to experience mercy, and the devils children were created in the past with results into the future to experience wrath and destruction..so both destinies were set and determined before they were born, and both included being born sinful..

But not so with

Even if it was true that they were cursed from their births to enter into God's judgement, it doesn't follow that this judgement is eternal Hell-fire of unending torments. Besides, we've already shown that this judgement is age-during, and I showed you earlier that God's accusations, that is, HIS JUDGEMENTS, bring about PURIFIED LIPS AND UNITES SHOULDERS.
