Then Jesus lied when he said that only God is good.
Then what does all of this mean?
Luke 23:50
Now behold, there was a man named Joseph, a council member, a good and just man.
Acts 11:24
For he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord.
Matt. 5:45
that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
Rom. 5:7
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die.
Luke 6:45
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil.
Same Greek word: Agathos
1. of good constitution or nature
2. useful, salutary
3. good, pleasant, agreeable, joyful, happy
4. excellent, distinguished
5. upright, honourable
Lying? Or he was making a deeper point about where good comes from? Or somebody goofed (dictation recorder broke)? Or all good men are God?
Or someone missed the memo?
Gotta' pick one

Such a concept is preposterous. One cannot predestine anyone to be sinless and holy, because that would remove free will, and make a robot, which is incapable of sin.
Is the Father capable of sin?
Careful...
"God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all".
Now some (in order to bolster the robot argument) will answer "Yes. God can sin any time - He just chooses not to". The truth is he can't 'sin' because there is no flaw in His character. I don't think having a flawless character = a robot. I think it = having a flawless character.
I'm pretty sure your position and mine are actually pretty similar. Right now, I really don't see Ironmaw's as being very much the same at all. Then again, I could be wrong. Sometimes it's pretty difficult to explain one's beliefs so that they make sense to other people.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's way different as well. He seems to believe that the three are all the same.

That's can mean the same thing in light of what I just explained, however saying we become "God" is super confusing and understood to mean that we become (who) God and not (what) god.
God has a "nose" and a "face. He has "hands", too. Sometimes he sneezes ('the blast from his nostrils') - he has eyeballs ("the eyes of the LORD"), and white hair.
Just reading what the Bible says....
Maybe He's Gandalf too! Get real people. Christ was God....in the Flesh!

I'm confused. Did the fact that Jesus had a nose, a face, hands and eyes mean that you see Him as not being God after all. You seem to be contradicting yourself.

I agree. I don't believe that we will ever become God or cease to worship Him.

Then why are they both the temple?
Rev 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
Rev 22:3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
Who is Him?
αὐτῷ-pronoun; dative singular masculine of <αὐτός> oneself, he -- to him

They are one in the same.
It says the throne of God and of the Lamb. It doesn't specify anything.
