Pretty much Mason High School my parents never wanted me to go since their school is over populated and they build a new school about every 2 years. Lebanon is a little redneck and snoobs. I go to school my self. Kings Highschool which is in Kings Mills, Landen, and Maineville. They have small classes, great scores and wonderful sports teams. I'd also recommended Sycamore High School. But as for Lebanon and Mason, over populated and not what anyone wants for their child.

So one post on city data and choose to make sweeping generalizations about whole towns? Thanks BTW! I work in Mason and live in Lebanon and IMHO, there is no real (only perceived) difference between Kings, Lebanon, and Mason schools. They have all received high marks for excellence in education. As a former band parent from Lebby, I have met parents from all these schools and had wonderful experiences each time.

It's Ohio's playground, with great recreational areas, and overall the place is really growing. How anyone could think it's not "up to snuff" is beyond me.

Wooper68, I personally would pick Lebanon over Mason for the simple fact that it has more charm and history than Mason. It truly feels more like a quaint country town than Mason does. I have NOTHING against Mason AT ALL, mind you. I just prefer the feel and atmosphere of Lebanon. HOWEVER, that being said, the Lakota, Mason and Kings school districts ARE better, each one being rated as excellent.

Mason is the best. Its small compared to Lakota school district. There are no new building permits.Mason is completely developed and compared to last 10 yrs you will get good deal in Mason now.Lebanon is still developing.Lots of new construction in Lebanon and liberty twp.Mason,Loveland,Landen are good areas but I like Mason the most.
