I read a glowing review of their stuff and tried it. I like Johnsonville products better. They just need a little more flavor. Hillshire Farms Cheddarwurst is pretty good but they are hard to find these days.

Seriously, just wait until you can get around to some of the local butcher shops. There is one spot in Findlay Market that was selling Camel sausage. Yes, made from real Camels. My wife snapped a pic. I would have purchased some to try it out.

^^^ I wonder how the Arabs view this? LOL Are they part of the export process? May be a new way to raise in their countries if we ever ditch OPEC. :-)

^^^ Just tried something new today with the Queen City Brat's and Smoked Sausage. I added about a teaspoon and a half of Heinz Ketchup to each one. Just a single string from a plastic bottle. Boy did that help to bring out the seasonings in both products. Definitely improved the flavor over eating them with mustard or just plain.
