I agree with dxdtdemon. There are quite a few jobs in warehouses in that area as well as Northern Kentucky. I would say a forklift license would definitely help. As far as medical, take a look around the Clifton area - there are several medical offices as well as some of the major hospitals - Children's, University, Deaconess, and Christ are all located in that area. Take a look at Careerbuilder.com and Monster.com and see how many of these types of jobs fit your qualifications. Also, make sure you have a good understanding of how much these positions pay - as far as affordability, I would say this area is.
