I am searching for a 3 br home in a nice neighborhood that is section 8 friendly.
I know that the program gets a bad rep but honestly everyone isn't like that my mother & I pay our rent on time and we keep the home up to par. I just want to live in a decent neighborhood. I now live in forest park I would like to try another neighborhood near it.

All I know of is

Greenhills
Springdale
Fairfield
Finneytown
Mount healthy

Are their any other suggestions?

Thank you for your answers in advance

Do you have a voucher? I think you need one for both you and your mother if you are an adult.

There are plenty of houses in all of those neighborhoods that will take your Section 8 voucher.

Are you familiar with Sharonville? That's not too far from you, just south of I-275 and east of I-75. The last place I rented was an apartment above a storefront in the old business district. There is a nice park (Sharon Woods Park) right near there. I found Sharonville to be a fairly charming and convenient area with a wide variety of housing available.
