Centennial Station is right across from the foot of my street, Arnsby Place. It certainly looks very nice and is tucked up away on a hill so you really can't even see much from the main road. Because of that, it is kind of isolated as wilson said, so I bet no one "unwelcome" goes in there. I'd be highly surprised if it had any problems.

From Madisonville, it doesn't appear to make sense to drive all the way through Hyde Park to get onto Dana but Madisonville is right on the Red Bank Xway which goes to I71 which goes to 562 which goes to Paddock which goes to Ross which goes to Mitchell Ave. near Spring Grove. And, it probably is about 10 miles that way. And at 8 am on a Sunday you probably could do it in 10 minutes. But having to commute on 71, the Red Bank Xway and 562 a recipe for traffic jams. You will spend 5 minutes every morning at Red Bank and Madison alone. We have a traffic cam that you can see 71 and 562 at least at artimis.org

If you go the surface street way. it will take you 20 minutes to get there and you don't expose yourself to the highway traffic risks. That's why I focused on the apartments at Dana and Madison. It is 10 minutes from Dana and Madison rain or shine.

PS, there is a shortcut from Mitchell to Ivorydale. Its Greenlee to Ross. Look it up.
Thanks for the input! I'll look into that... I'm looking into this place since I'm a sucker for how nice it looks. I'm not used to the older style buildings that are common in Cincinnati. Again, thanks for the help!!

No. you're right. Its really nice looking and isolated like I said. Maybe spend a year there while you find something over near Dana and Madison. Its a $1000 problem to move and move again 5 miles. So you can have the safety and comfort you want right now and zero in on location when you have more time. And, P&G is famous for shuttling people around. You might find yourself in one of the other several Cincinnati locations.

Ok, we'll see what happens.

Regarding P&G... are you not a fan of them? If so, why? I've never known anyone who works there.

I'm a big fan of P&G. I worked there, two family members worked there, everyone in Cincinnati has a family member or friend who worked there.

I was a lab tech for a couple of years in the Folgers Products Research Group. Loved it.

P&G may be the best company in Cincinnati to work for. Not as good as past, but many families have several generations who worked there. As Wlson said, most people in Cincy have either family member or friend who works for P&G. But also a warning, they have many locations in area and will not hesitate to ask you to change. I have several relatives who lived in St Bernard, worked in ordinary jobs at P&G, took advantage of stock options, and retired very comfortably.

Thanks Wilson1010 & kjbrill! I'm glad to hear that P&G is a good company to work for. I did all my research online and everything I had read was positive compared to other companies.

Thanks!!!

Yeah, I'll be working at P&G. I was able to find a number for the Grassmoor and I left my info to be contacted back from a potential renter. I tried the regency as well but i don't think I'll hear back from them.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!

My wife and I own a condo at Grassmoor she owned prior to our marriage. She was interested in safety as well and liked being in the area as a young professional.

You could buy a condo with minimal downpayment and dues and pay less than 1k a month. Message me if you like.
