If we're not talking about streetview from downtown (but rather the whole city) then Oakland > Denver, ATL, and imo Seattle and Miami for street view... if you don't believe me check all of this thread.

And btw "impressive" to me means that it stands out the most.

The rest are irrelevant. I'd put Detroit right under Chicago for it's amazing architecture alone at street level.

Honorable mentions: SF, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Providence, Seattle, Buffalo, Minneapolis, Milwaukee.
^^^
I'd have any one of these cities mentioned ranked higher than Atlanta, Miami, and Houston ANY DAY of the week.

Really? I just read in another thread that Honolulu was like "ghetto on the beach." Now someone really needs to set the record straight so I'll know what to expect.

Uh, Bankhead is no more. They're in the process of tearing down the projects and redeveloping the whole district: http://www.atlantaga.gov/client_resources/government/planning/dlhcorridor/dlh_final_part_1_exec_summary.pdf (broken link)

But even still, it's not as if that was a huge area.

But whatever.
