afonega! You've been missing for a bit, and good thread. Well my mouse was hovering over San Diego, and I was very tempted to vote for it but I went with Denver. Factually Denver will be the next big league city and is well above the others in power.
Here's some information on it:

Definitely Jacksonville, it's the best city for this poll. It has the most culture, attractions, night life, and revenue, plus all those tall buildings downtown.
What?????? There is no choice but Denver. Seriously. NOT ONE of these other cities is even close. Good grief. Actually San Diego is close, but Denver is still slightly larger.

Denver is logistically ahead of every other city near its size and one of the main hubs for cargo transport.
Denver's airport is one of the most important in the country and the continent in terms of cargo overhaul.
Denver also has a lot more corporate power and a stronger economy than any of the other cities on the list, and one of the strongest in the country.
