Cleveland, but I wouldn't consider it "third tier."

Definitely Jacksonville, it's the best city for this poll. It has the most culture, attractions, night life, and revenue, plus all those tall buildings downtown.

What?????? There is no choice but Denver. Seriously. NOT ONE of these other cities is even close. Good grief. Actually San Diego is close, but Denver is still slightly larger.

Denver is not larger than San Diego. Why would Denver be higher on these lists? I didn't realize it was so highly touted by GWAC standards.

Denver is the hub for its subregion the Interior Mountain West/Rockies (same way Seattle is for the Pacific Northwest).
Denver is logistically ahead of every other city near its size and one of the main hubs for cargo transport.
Denver's airport is one of the most important in the country and the continent in terms of cargo overhaul.
Denver also has a lot more corporate power and a stronger economy than any of the other cities on the list, and one of the strongest in the country.
