I would pick Atlanta How come its not on the list?
Because Atlanta has surpassed this level. The other cities mentioned are relatively close with not one city clearly dominating over the others. However, some are starting to gain some distance.
Just my opinion, but Denver dominates Puittsburgh, Jacksonville, Cleveland, and Columbus in almost any category you could throw out! The only close cities are really Denver and San Diego, with Charlotte coming up quick.

I agree mostly with you. With Cleveland and Pittsburgh they've been at the top before and are subject to rise anytime. Columbus has to be in the same breath as Charlotte, the two cities don't really dominate each other now. Denver and SD are the clear leaders but the old time greats of Pittsburgh and Cleveland keep them in the same breath. With that, Charlotte and Columbus are the relatively new kids on the block with an attitude and a reputation to prove. Ahead of Pittsburgh and Cleveland in some categories but seriously lagging in others. Now Jacksonville on the other hand...
this list is terribly flawed. there is no way jacksonville should appear on the same list as pittsburgh and cleveland. nevertheless, out of the cities listed, my vote goes to cleveland and pittsburgh, which both reached big city status early in their history. with that prominence came a wealth of cultural, educational and urban fabric that surpasses all the other cities on the list. denver is a close contender, but it's too new to have that feeling of established greatness.

He was not serious.Just wanting to stir some crap up.TROLLING..
Again, Denver belongs with the cities like Seattle, Minneapolis, San Diego, and Pittsburgh. These cities aren't at the level of Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Houston, Dallas, and San Francisco, but are definitely above cities like Charlotte, Cleveland, and Portland. I don't even know why Jacksonville and Columbus are on this ridiculous pole.
Cleveland, but I wouldn't consider it "third tier."
I agree...in fact, I don't think any of these would be considered third tier...most are fourth or fifth.
I personally think this would be between Denver, Charlotte and Pittsburgh.
