Hi, looking to live in a suburban area with ideal weather (no higher than 89 F and no lower than 60 F) and no bug problems.

That's it. I think since it's a suburban area, it will have the other usual people generally look for in a place to live, so that's it.

Thank you!

You're going to need a lot more details as to what you're looking for in terms of budget, among other things you need in an area.

To answer you - an "ideal" area that is in a warmer climate which you describe, is also going to have bugs. Lots of them.

The Bay Area has pretty temperate temperatures and not a lot of critters. Maybe Silicon Valley?

Anywhere not it California? I don't want to move back. (Nothing against the state itself, just some people and circumstances I'd like to forget about.)

Thank you!

OK California is a pretty huge state. So if you had issues in Socal, you could easily be 350 miles away from the drama in the Bay Area. It seems pretty weird to write off the whole state.
