Hey 18Montclair, are you an aerial photographer as well, did you commission that shoot, or are you posting those photos without permission. Or is it that you are you friends with the photographer and you do have permission? Just asking because it didn't seem like that's a public domain photo library.

These are pics that Ive had on my computer for a while now and I always post pics with a link to their origin.
They are good pics, they could use a bit of Photoshop to brighten and color correct them. I love flying over cities in a chopper, doors off. Especially Manhattan, that's the best way to grasp how special NYC is. One time my pilot was actually NYP chopper pilot moonlighting and he buzzed his nephew by flying down a street between buildings in lower Manhattan, one of the craziest things I've ever experienced.
I've also flown over Miami, San Diego, L.A., Baltimore and of course Philly. I'd love to fly over SF.

Basically OT but I can't resist; my excuse - it's the standard reference for density and urbanity (in the US anyhow). Shot last fall. In the last couple of months 1 WTC has peeked out above the other buildings (you can see the cranes peeping out here). Looking forward to updating this and other shots of Manhattan this year.
