Something else to consider...''gayborhoods'' attract lots of derelicts, mental head-cases, drug dealing and prostitution.

Just like catholic churches attract child molesters. Suburbs attract drunk driving wife abusers. Give us all a break.

Umm...we were talking about the safety of 12th/Chestnut to which you stated that there is no safety issue there because it is on the edge of the gayborhood; what you call the safety of the gayborhood has all these things going on out in the open on the street. I don't get your jump to the Catholic Church etc. with this the topic of safety.

'not getting it' is usually the fault of the person on the receiving end. my point was there is heinous crime perpetuated in the catholic church. Grown men raping young boys. There is nothing exceptional about gayborhood, crime-wise. you gonna catholic cathedral can be the site of a gay prostitution ring. you get it now?

who used the catholic catholic compared to something comparable?...you pointed out the safety of 12/Chestnut because it's the edge of the gayborhood; the gayborhood is busy with people and rife with open crime. Now you bring-up your Catholic Church agenda...does every conversation you have morph into a Catholic Church rant.
