Out of these I'd say Atlanta. It's layout is more similar than Miami.

How? In what sense?
Atlanta is the complete opposite of LA's grid-based layout.

Myrtle beach is Santa Monica, Savannah is San Diego, Glynn County is Orange County, Hilton Head is Malibu

LA has a mountain range dividing the city in two, I can't think of anything in Atlanta that comes close to that.

you're not gonna find a 100% match for anything but culturally and geographically, Atlanta pretty close
