I have lived in San Antonio for 5 years and only passed through Cleveland while taking a road trip to NY. I don't think Cleveland has much over San Antonio. Not to say I don't have a good image of Ohio. I have met some really down to earth people from there. But as far as city and weather goes, I think San Antonio wins.
In few ways, if any, does San Antonio parallel Cleveland in class.
