San Diego. It's a big military city. If it ever happened, it would be after invading South Korea and unifying Korea. Then with China's backing, they may be more brave. I think North Korea attacking South Korea could start WW3. It always starts in the smaller countries.

I agree because I just can't see North Korea attacking the US before an attack on South Korea first.
