NYC easily....followed by SF, DC, Chicago, and LA. The others I could care less about living in.
Those are ironically the five most important cities (as well as the largest CSA's) in the country and in my opinion the only five that are real world class cities.
The rest are good for the United States though, not my idea of a globally renown world class environment.
Aside from Chicago, It'd be either NYC or SF. I'm all about urbanity and city life with vibrant areas. I feel these three cities are the only ones that would fit me best for both of those things. Sports is another biggie for me and all three pretty solid when it comes to that also. Houston is home for me so that's always going to be considered, but if I had a choice, it'd be those first 3 I mentioned.
1) Chicago
2) New York
3) San Fran
4) DC
5) Boston
6) Philly
7) Dallas
8) Miami
9) Houston
I'd say this would be about my list, except switch Dallas and Miami..
