Surprised Rochester and Pittsburgh have such high percents. Most likely since they are less diverse of areas.
Not sure if this was mentioned, but Providence is actually more than 14% Italian. It~s got an extremely strong Italian heritage...Boston does too. In fact the entire northeast is strongly divided between Irish and Italian heritage lines when it comes to white people. NYC, Boston and Philadelphia are mainly dominated by these two heritages.

Also, you guys will have to excuse NCN's attitude. She's still getting over the impact of non-segregated water fountains, so she's a little bitter.
