Austin vs Pittsburgh which cities has the better natural beauty? (compare, place)

Certainly Pittsburgh from my travels to the two (in my opinion).

Places Rated chose Pittsburgh as #2 most scenic place in the USA and #1 in Most Livable City.

I'm sorry I can't remember where #1 was in the scenic category, but I think it was somewhere in a desert setting.

The funny thing is that I can remember the days when you needed to turn in your headlights in Pittsburgh at Noon! You couldn't even see downtown from across one of the rivers.
