No, Colorado has a voter-approved constitutional amendment protecting natural marriage. Minnesota has same sex "marriage," but Colorado does not.

Of these cities, Denver is more on the conservative side. Not necessarily because it is some right wing city, but rather because Seattle and the Twin Cities have jumped the shark so far to the left.

MPLS jumped the shark. St. Paul has stayed much closer to the middle. Since I live in St. Paul I will leave the Twin Cities out. But I would choose Seattle = Denver > Phoenix. If I were choosing this based off politics I'd go Phoenix > Denver > Seattle.
