Architecture: Charlotte
Parks and Public Spaces: Columbia
Art and Cultural Events: Charlotte
Public Transportation/Traffic: Charlotte
Walkability: ...
Restaurants and Shops: Charlotte
Weather: Columbia
Surrounding areas and nature: Columbia
Jobs/Cost of Living: Columbia

Both cities are great. I prefer Charlotte though.
