There is only 1 Joe's Stone Crabs in Miami Beach. It was a fun experience but give me Maryland/Jersey/Delaware blue crabs any day over stone crabs.

I love that stone crabs are truly sustainable and renewable as only one claw is harvested and the crabs are thrown back into the sea to regenerate a new claw.

Do they grow new claws? I've caught many one-clawed crabs. That is pretty cool though either way-the claws are the best part for me.
