Wait....you live in LA. You would know about rat way more than I would. Many parts of LA might as well be a third world country back in Asia. I only eat at nice restaurants that serve ethnic food. Not hole in the walls.
DC food is garbage. The suburban enclaves too.

When people on this site talk about best restaurant cities, they often talk about cheap ethnic food. That's my point. I don't eat cheap ethnic food. By the way, DC is always top 10 when best food city rankings come out. DC is only getting better with chefs opening new restaurants every week here it seems.

I didn't say better than LA. I just said its top 10. Also, you know exactly what I mean by cheap ethnic food. DC actually does better than LA in high end food and that is well documented. LA does well in cheap ethnic food because it might as well be apart of Asia and Mexico. You have to practically speak different languages to live there like this isn't America.
