Miami and LA are both such odd urban beasts, it's hard to rank them.

That's a pretty difficult argument to make as it is now considering Baltimore's still pretty good old bones and that a real comparison to Miami would naturally have to include adjacent (and very urban) municipalities adjacent to Miami proper since Miami proper is tiny legal physical boundaries.

Baltimores urban layout and urban character are some of the best I've seen for a city of its size despite its urban decay and grit. Almost like a mixture of philly and New York in one.

Baltimore can't come close to Seattle. Way less educated, way less office space, and lower rents for the space it has. Never mind Amazon HQ, if Amazon opened a warehouse in Dundalk, Baltimore would hail it a sign of tech resurgence, and we'd have to start hearing about the Silicon Ghetto.

Seattle does look urban from the pictures but it seems I would have 0 difficulty navigating those streets in the Lincoln.

Well I know one thing, Baltimore in terms of urban character and just urban feel in general is more urban than DC And Miami imo. The block after blocks of row homes gives Baltimore this unique urban feel similar to Philly, with the main commercial strips in the middle leading to downtown

Seattle's midrise infill is so bland and ugly. It's honestly shocking a city like Charlotte has better infill than Seattle does. I do think Seattle's newer highrises do look good though.
