I'm a Boston area native and I love the city. Certainly NOLA's nightlife kills Boston, I still prefer the Boston lifestyle. I'd love to live in Boston and go to NOLA for a great night out once a month.

The Bronx vs Philly
Hard one. Your basically comparing a whole city to one section of another city. That's like saying New York City vs North Philly. Anyways ill try to answer the best way I can, The Bronx NY has a Hispanic majority with a lot of Dominicans n Puerto Ricans, I like that. Philly is diverse compared to the Bronx, even tho its mostly just Blacks, Italians, Irish, and Puerto Ricans. They both have similar sizes and cultures. But Philly is home to me. Philly all day
Location: northern Vermont - previously NM, WA, & MA

Delaware vs Rhode Island?
Rhode Island, I'd love to live in Newport. I'd definitely prefer Providence over Wilmington as well. Both states have great beaches, though Block Island gives RI another edge.
Albany, NY or Roanoke, VA?
