Rhode Island, I'd love to live in Newport. I'd definitely prefer Providence over Wilmington as well. Both states have great beaches, though Block Island gives RI another edge.
Albany, NY or Roanoke, VA?
Roanoke, VA for the scenery since it's close to the mountains. I was never a big fan of Albany. Been there twice and it was just meh.
Alaska (I'm looking at you, Anchorage!). Hampton Roads seems...nice enough, but I'm a nature boy at heart and I have a particular love for metros with gorgeous natural surroundings. Plus I have family in Anchorage, and they keep telling me they have some amazing summers up there. Been dying to visit!
Either way I would choose Portland, The west coast city has good natural scenery, mild weather and gay-friendly vibe, the east coast city for being located in New England which not that far away from Boston.

Cincinnati, OH or Minneapolis, MN?
You replied faster than me lol.
Minneapolis, MN. I've been admired upper Midwest at some point for their distinctive culture.
Next Question: Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, OH?
