Jacksonville, Florida.

*Warm climate.
*Great beaches.
*Beautiful setting.
*The "sane" part of Florida.
*Excellent mid-sized city.
*The quintessential underrated city.

Rome, GA or Warner Robins, GA?

Rome, GA or Warner Robins, GA?
Rome because it could be a good opportunity for me to market something that part of the country isn't known for: a Little Italy. There's really just a single Italian restaurant and a couple pizzerias and an Olive Garden, and no gelatarias or bocce ball courts. It also is slightly milder in the summer and a better chance at wintry precipitation. It's also slightly closer to the nicer side of Atlanta's suburbs. Warner Robins is too conservative, even by southern standards with that military-dominated economy. Rome has the potential to have a cool little downtown wedged in between rivers. I'd wish there would be better connection to 75 so that I could get to Atlanta a bit quicker for the big city stuff.

Abredeen, WA or Abredeen, MD?

Aberdeen, Maryland. I could live in a number of places in Washington state, but Aberdeen, WA is so depressing. I like Maryland, it's one of the nicer states on the east coast and it looks like Aberdeen has MARC rail connections and close to the bay and much better weather.

Frostburg, MD or Carlisle, PA?

The weather, scenery, and location of Frostburg appeal to me much more than Carlisle. Had it been a city closer to the western border of PA, it would've been a tougher choice.

Albuquerque, NM or Denver, CO?

Denver. Larger metro area and I prefer the state of Colorado. Plus I think there's more to do because of it's larger size.

Jackson, MS or Jackson, WY?

Jackson, WY... Despite being pretty isolated and having much colder and snowier weather, I believe my quality of life would be much better here. Proximity to national parks is a big perk too.

Brooklyn, NY or Chicago, IL?

Brooklyn. Though I'd be happy in either.

Johnson City, TN or Lake Havasu City, AZ?

I love the appalachians but the west just has so much more diversity when it comes to the outdoors. There's probably at least 5 national parks you could drive to within half a day.

It's a tough one, but I think I'd have to go with Lake Havasu, AZ.

Ann Arbor, MI vs. Madison, WI

Madison, the lakes are a nice selling point.

Hana, HI or Princeville, HI?

probably Princeville, HI.

Seems a little more touristy (more amenities?). Plus it's on the north side so hurricane risk is probably pretty low.

Both cities seem like they'd be tough to live in if you aren't used to island life.

Calexico, CA vs. International Falls, MN
