Asheville. Charleston looks like a hidden gem in regards to natural beauty. I am sure real estate prices are not so inflated there. Asheville is becoming more washed out year by year, but I still have very fond memories of it from my college years when I worked in a nearby town for summer camp. The area is beautiful. I love its quirkiness.
Bethlehem, PA or Memphis, TN?
Bethlehem, PA. My father used to live in Allentown and I liked the Lehigh Valley area. Plus it’s proximity to Philly is another plus.

Washington, DC or Miami, FL?
You got skipped. Hmm, two cities I have lots of experience and history with...and that I like a lot. I feel like saying Miami right now simply because it is more unique. I probably prefer DC as it is, but we now have more of a network here in Miami and it offers more unique amenities/culture than DC does.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL or Ft. Worth, TX?
This one is tricky cause I actually have spent almost no time in Ft Worth. I think I default to FLL though because of my familiarity with South FL and my slight preference for Miami MSA over Dallas.
Whitefish. I'd rather be closer to Glacier National Park, an incredibly underrated park in this country! I'll just be sure to pack the bear spray.
