Oops, missed this one...St Louis...cooler setting on the Mississippi more truly urban environment.
Lexington, KY or Louisville, KY
Louisville. Larger city with better amenities, I like its setting on the Ohio River.... seems to have some interesting neighborhoods with density. Plus I would loath to live in a city surrounded by UK fans
I like the location of Wilmington, DE (close to the big cities), but I would choose Wilmington, NC as a place to live for its warmer climate, Old South vibe, and location near beautiful beaches.

Monterrey, CA or St. Augustine, FL?
Since the game is "where would you rather" and not "what can you afford", Monterrey wins by far. Better weather, access to mountains, Big Sur, SF, Wine country ect. I have a feeling I would love living there. St. Augustine would get old real fast.
Sacramento, CA. I love all the trees, the hot weather in the summer, the mild winters..and again, just like Monterrey, access to all kinds of cool stuff. Also, I have a feeling Sacramento will be more like Austin in 15-20 years

St. Louis, MO vs. Waco, TX
St. Louis by far. It has a lot more to offer someone like me who prefers living in bigger cities. Plus, I really would not like living in Texas.
Atlantic City, as even though there is a bit of a crime concern, I could just live on a boardwalk condo high up without much to worry about crime, and of course, there's lots more fun to do (more than just gambling), and it's an easy trek to the rest of the Jersey shore, Philadelphia, and even NYC. Hilton Head is a little too far from Savannah/Charleston to make it an everyday trip, and I'm surprised a bridge at the southern end of HHI hasn't been built to provide a quicker connection to Savannah (30 minutes tops if that were to happen).
Port Tobacco, MD or Tobaccoville, NC?

Buffalo. NHL and access to Canada. I've spent a few days in Buffalo but I've never been to Rochester. I'm sure I'd be perfectly fine there too.
Big Sky, MT or Vail, CO?
Big Sky, MT for less tourists (I'd assume)
Cincinnati, OH vs. Cleveland, OH
