Toronto has had more rapid growth, in all aspects compared to Miami.

I mean, from 1990 to 2016 TOronto increased from 4.7 to 5.9 million. Miami went from like 4.05 million to 6.1 million.

That 5.9 million figure is the undercount, Toronto is at 6.2 million roughly.

Yep, and that's just the CMA, the GTA is about 6.7 million and if you include Hamilton (GTHA) it's at least 7.2 million.
