Better scenery
Better quality of life
International and diverse
Low crime
Access to amazing mountains world class skiing
Better summers (not hot)
Great food scene

List goes on and on.

While more international, Vancouver is in no way more diverse than Boston. I’d argue against the quality of life bit too, but that’s more subjective.

I voted for Vancouver now looking at this again.

Makes sense.

Higher Quality of Life. (GRanted, Boston is one of, if not the highest in America. But no contest to YVR)
Better Diversity
Better access to jobs.
Better Scenery.

The only drawbacks to me are the people. Very pompous imho. Id happily live in Vancouver anyday.

Okay you got me at the diversity. I realized I was wrong there.

But better jobs because the market is the same, actually for my industry is slightly better in YVR, but employer benefits are far greater than Corporate American jobs... which is a big plus
