It's amazing how even more green Nashville looks from above, especially in contrast to the highrises.

Whoa. That's an incredible Nashville shot.

The density is becoming greater in Nashville, and open gaps are filling up. I'm excited to see the skyline once the Four Seasons Tower is finished (500 ft+) and the Amazon Towers in Nashville Yards bulk up density.

Nashville is one of those cities transforming so fast in such a short time.

Modcut: Please keep this about just Charlotte and Nashville.

The hills in the background add to the beauty of the skyline.

Nashville Skyline is a 1969 Bob Dylan album. Charlotte doesn’t have one of those.

Charlotte's looks better right now, because they have several towers that are in the 600 to 900 foot range, while Nashville's currently caps out at 617 feet or so.

Charlotte has about 35 skyscrapers over 300 feet, with 3 under construction now, and 10-12 pending or approved for construction.

Nashville has about 29 skyscrapers over 300 feet, with 6 under construction now, and 25-30 pending or approved for construction.

The way Nashville's skyscraper construction is booming right now, and if it continues in the 2020's, Nashville stands a very real chance of surpassing not only skyscraper count over 300 feet with Charlotte, but also surpassing height. (unless there is a zoning issue preventing Nashville from going super tall)

I'd bet Nashville will be taller and denser than Charlotte, by 2030.
