Roanoke the buildings are taller and more dense. Milwaukee or Providence RI?
Milwaukee is breathtaking along Lake Michigan. I like the newer buildings and the structural density. I get some Detroit and Chicago architectural notes. Hopefully the city continues to construct more towers.

Tampa, FL or Sacramento, CA?
Gonna go with Sacramento here, by an edge. Two close skylines, though.
While Phoenix has the mountains in the background, I am going to have to go with Cleveland for having more interesting buildings.
Low Rise face off part one:
Washington DC or San Jose California?
I'll go with San Jose. It has enough old and new buildings to make it interesting, and it has nearby mountains and hills that add to the look of SJ. I personally wish the law limiting how tall buildings could be built in DC was repealed, but that is just me.

Sacramento, CA, or Spokane, WA?
Sacramento. Has taller buildings. Green Bay WI or Madison WI?
