New Orleans, Anchorage, and Honolulu have the best. Though out of the poll, I'd say either Baltimore, Houston, or Seattle.

I think cold water fish taste the best, so I voted Seattle. I did an oyster taste test once of oysters from east and west coasts and warmer water - forget from where. Anyway, the colder water oysters definitely tasted better.

Plus, I love wild PNW salmon. When I lived in WA, I would buy a whole salmon from the Native Americans right out of the trunks of their cars. Then, they went quickly to the oven or the grill. Man, you just can't beat fresh, wild PNW salmon.

I did really love eating lobster when I honeymooned in Maine. I haven't been to Boston, and I see a lot of votes for Boston, so can't speak to that.

Even though I live in the SF Bay Area, I lived close to 20 years in the PNW and I have to say I prefer the cold water fish up north.

I've lived in both Seattle and Boston, close but I would give the edge to Seattle, in my opinion Boston likes to fry too much of it's seafood.

New Orleans has the best cuisine IMO. It's a crime that it isn't on this poll.

For quality of ingredients I think New England is the best, so I'd pick Boston. (but I can see the argument for Seattle as well.)

Very strange to see the Florida cities barely polling.
You know the state is surrounded by the sea right?

Hawaii is another awkward omission.
