Notes:

O>D for BOS and SEA, with SEA close to even in both directions. D>O for PHL.

Two factors affect the numbers for PHL:
One, the three New York airports are within striking distance, and two (JFK and EWR) have international flights. Many pax in the Philadelphia metropolitan area fly out of those two for reasons similar to those that make net migration between the two cities towards Philadelphia.
Two, another reason PHL pax might choose to fly out of EWR or JFK is because PHL is a "fortress hub" airport: after it swallowed US Airways, American Airlines, the biggest of the legacy carriers, became far and away the dominant airline at PHL (inheriting US Airways' old position), and it flies the overwhelming bulk of international flights into and out of that airport. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, AA has two connecting-flight hubs for pax switching between domestic and international flights: PHL and Charlotte Douglas. The latter had total international pax of 3,126,058 in 2018.

Here are the passenger stats for AA international pax at the two airports for 2018:

CDG: 2,675,039
PHL: 2,529,717

AA accounts for almost all the international traffic at CDG and the overwhelming majority of the traffic at PHL.
Where did you get your international O&D numbers? IATA? T-100?

For the Boston area, the following notables come to mind:

TV and movies: Goodwill Hunting, Hocus Pocus, Shutter Island, Manchester by the Sea, The Departed, The Town, Mystic River, Boondock Saints, Knives Out, Spotlight, Gone Baby Gone, Black Mass, St. Elsewhere, Boston Legal, Love Story, Cheers, Ally McBeal, Dawson's Creek, A Million Little Things, and a lot of Stephen King novels/films

Musicians: Aerosmith, James Taylor, The Pixies, Boston, The Cars, Dispatch, Gang Starr, Dropkick Murphys, New Kids on The Block, Passion Pit, Staind, Rob Zombie, Godsmack, Bobby Brown, Guster, Killswitch Engage, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Yo-Yo Ma, The Boston Pops, John Williams
Damn, I was thinking Dropkick Murphys and didn't list them. And how could I have forgotten NKOTB? I was still living there when they burst onto the scene.

Stephen King I associate with Maine. While Boston is THE preeminent metropolis of New England, I think that Maine is far enough removed from it to not really be part of Boston's orbit. It would be like saying a movie set entirely in Lancaster County is a "Philadelphia" movie. (And come to think of it, "Witness" almost qualifies, except that the movie begins in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Police Department is one of the main plot drivers in the film.)

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics (USDOT) database linked in Z3RO's post I cited.

Haha, I was just busting your chops. This is a fun game, thanks for starting it.

EDIT: Very true on Steven King. In my mind, I associate him with Boston but frankly it's because he's a staple at Red Sox games. They always flash him in the stands.

2018 INTL Origin
MIA 10,167,951
ATL 6,138,753
IAH 5,248,669
DFW 4,138,681
BOS 3,585,633
SEA 2,619,955
PHL 1,914,750

2018 INTL Destination
MIA 10,111,171
ATL 6,136,096
IAH 5,228,504
DFW 4,210,697
BOS 3,582,143
SEA 2,625,457
PHL 1,930,255

Miami O&D stats are higher than this because this is only MIA and excluding FLL. Houston also edges Atlanta by 100k when you add HOU numbers with IAH numbers. Dallas has 2 airports but DFW is the only intl one since DAL is all domestic. Boston has a few airports but Logan is the only intl port there.

For all this big talk about Sea-Tac it’s O&D stats are disappointing...

The link is buried in paragraph 11, via the word "Passengers":
