I would never move to Tampa. Horrible traffic and crime, severe humidity for 8 months. Overcrowded.

What an absolutely bizarre thing to say for a person that lives in a place with higher crime, the same humidity and fairly heavy traffic of their own. It makes no sense at all.

I’m trying to figure out which is the best city to make that move for next year. Here are the categories that I need to know:

Cost of living
State income tax- which state has no state income tax
Crime rate
Diversity

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance ~
Tampa. Easily.

Atlanta overall would be the best but since one of the criteria is "no state income tax" then Tampa.

Well for one, the only two that really make any sense with regard to being close(r) to Florida are Atlanta and Tampa...

I mean I get that but it's still closer compared to where the OP is is now and I would assume she/he knew that Tampa and Atlanta are a good bit closer from the jump.
