Nice to see! There used to be a store in NYC but now gone. Good to have it back.

Do you have a list of cities who have luxury stores in their downtown that aren’t inside an indoor mall? If so, which cities and which stores? Seeing Downtown Detroit get a gucci store made me wonder about that.

ParaguaneroSwag can provide more detail, but New York, LA, San Fran, Chicago, Boston, Miami have many luxury stores "downtown" facing the street.

DC and Atlanta have luxury shopping districts (think outdoor promenade), but not quite the same as the above.

Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, luxury stores are mostly concentrated in malls or town centers.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a city, but that is the general idea, providing lists of stores would take a long time.

LA and Atlanta have luxury stores downtown? I thought Atlanta had luxury stores in Buckhead and LA had them in Beverly Hills? I have been to Brickell in Miami which was an outdoor shopping mall. Are you referring to another area in Miami?

It’s not downtown (4 miles, 12 minute drive away)…is Rodeo Dr in Beverly Hills, which you mentioned, part of downtown LA?

Of course people get caught up on downtown, which is why I put it in quotes...

Then by strict definition... New York, SF, Chicago, Boston, and DC.

In addition to NYC, SF, DC, Chicago, and Boston having luxury stores downtown, we know downtown Detroit just added a Gucci store. Are there any other cities with luxury stores (if even one) downtown?

In a non-mall format, I can't think of any (at least for large cities)...
