Zimmermann finally opened in River Oaks District. Covid delayed this opening too long.

It appears so. I’d imagine they’ll stay at NorthPark rather than relocate back to Highland Park Village though, but only time will tell.

Philadelphia / King of Prussia updates. Good to see momentum in many markets.

Recently opened: Dolce & Gabbana

Coming Soon:

Van Cleef & Arpels
Balenciaga
Lafayette 148
Louis Vuitton Men's

Not sure if high-end furniture is discussed, but Design Within Reach is opening their first Philadelphia location.

That actually marks a return to the Philadelphia market for Design Beyond Reach, which had a store in the 1700 block of Walnut Street from the late 1990s to the mid-2000s. The chain had been slated to open a store in National Real Estate Development's East Market project as part of a "Design Center" that included many interior designers' showrooms in an adjacent building. The Design Center's there, but DWR backed out of the deal.

Yea I remember reading about that, a shame they backed out (for Boston). This new location will be in Ardmore.

Glad to hear that they're opening in our biggest suburban downtown rather than in King of Prussia.
