^ Wow for Brooklyn.

Hermes also announced a store in Princeton, NJ last year. Not sure if that opened yet?

Anyhow, what caught my eye about Hermes is the airport locations not only in North America but around the world, literally most major airports of consequence in the Asia-Pacific corridor has an onsite Hermes boutique(or 3 in the case of Changi and Narita!)---and I remember having noticed that abroad. I bet the sales at those locations are thru the roof.

Hermes in NyC is opening a Huge 21,000 sqft store with a rooftop Garden it will be the biggest store in the world. Also the Cartier house on 5th Ave there’s only a few of those in the world. NYC flagships are just on another level.

Yes it’s becoming a mix of both. I knew it wouldn’t be long before High end retailers come to the Borough. Gucci did that Northface pop up last winter as well.

I love bushwick for all its collection of consignment and thrift stores. I always find good stuff in bushwick

They really are. Globally there are only a few cities in this tier.

Speaking of flagships, Van Cleef & Arpels is embarking on a major renovation of their NYC flagship.

Van Cleef is also in the midst of a North American expansion. New standalone stores slated to open this year & next... Tysons, King of Prussia, and San Diego.
