Lake Nickajack, TN or Lake Winnebago, WI?
Lake Winnebago is just over <<< there, so it’s an easy afternoon trip.

The Thomas Edison National Historical Park or The Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation?

I'd rather visit the one in California because I've never been out there.

St. Marks, Florida or Magnolia Springs, Alabama?

Magnolia Springs. AL's coastal region isn't very big, but it packs a nice punch. Very nice for sure.

Blue Ridge Parkway (NC) or Overseas Highway (FL)?

Blue Ridge Parkway.... one of the most scenic places anywhere in the East.

Two national parks in WA: Olympic or North Cascades?

Probably North Cascades since the beauty cannot be beaten.

How about between Olympics and Mount Rainier?

For the former, did you mean Olympic National Park? If so I'd pick that, since the natural scenery is more varied over its various sections vs. at Mount Rainier. Don't get me wrong, I would like to see Rainier someday. That said, the pics I've seen of Olympic really greatly entice me to want to visit there.

North of the border matchup: Saint John's, Newfoundland, or Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island?

I know which one my wife would pick, and that's Charlottetown, PEI; so it's my pick as well.

A Lone Star Showdown:

Fredericksburg, Texas or Mustang Island, Texas?

Fredericksburg, because I very much want to visit the Pacific War Museum. Plus, I've heard that the Hill Country is nice and I'd like to see it.

CN Tower (Toronto) or Space Needle (Seattle)?

Man, both are iconic! I guess I'll go with CN Tower. Continuing with that theme: Transamerica Pyramid (San Francisco) or Memphis Pyramid?
