I would like to nominate Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Metro Population is only 411,000


There's also Augusta, GA, with a metro area of 528,000


Lexington, KY has a metro of 453,000


kalamazoo, mi isn't very high, but the skline is pretty for a metro of only 323,000

I know its MSA and CSA is more than 1 million but its city limits has a population of 392,552, but they still have an impressive skyline!

That's a nice skyline for a metro of that size.

Jackson, Michigan has a good skyline for a town of only 36,000. However, most of that is unfortunately due to population shrinkage over time since the 1950's. The buildings were put up during a time of expansion.
